EVERY PIECE SALON offers no form of Refunds to Users of the service. Therefore, all transactions on the website AND in salon are complete and final. We therefore advise that you read the provisions of this Refund & Cancellation Policy alongside with our website Terms and conditions,

(b)   EVERY PIECE SALON RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note our work hours as booking of appointments and anticipated service shall be done within our working hours. We work;

·        Sunday 9am-5pm

·        Monday through Friday 9am-6pm

·        Saturday 9am-5pm

Your appointments are very important to EVERY PIECE SALON, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget, reschedule, or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance as a reminder because sometimes appointments are booked months in advance.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

·        Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. If rescheduled within 4 weeks of the cancelled reservation 50% of that credit may be applied to the service. If rescheduling occurs within our 24 hour policy more then twice we will ask that you pre-pay your future reservations, if pre-paid reservation is rescheduled within 24 hours we hold the right to keep the amount to compensate for our time.

·        “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Past 15 minutes late is considered a “NO SHOW” and may possibly be refused service as the time needed may no longer be available.

·     The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. EVERY PIECE SALON policy is presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
